Single-varietal cider made from 100% Pinova apples grown on Snow Capped's high elevation orchards in Colorado, which increases UV exposure and creates intense flavor profiles.  Semi-sweet with tiny bubbles and tropical aromas. Notes of fresh apple juice, mango, pineapple, and Meyer lemon.
